This is a quick, healthy side and is dubbed “easy” because it’s sort of a free for all when it comes to measuring ingredients. Plus, there’s no need to set out the dressing–it’s included in the layering.
Ingredients:
Lettuce, washed, dried and chopped
Celery, minced
Onion (green or yellow), minced
Frozen peas
Lite Mayonnaise
Granulated sugar
Shredded cheddar
Bacon, cooked and crumbed

Layer the veggies in order written in a 13×9 inch glass dish (do not thaw peas). Spread mayo over the veggies and sprinkle with sugar. Top with cheese and crumbled bacon. Chill until ready to serve.
