This is a great recipe for entertaining because it’s quick, doesn’t require any out-of-the-ordinary ingredients and is so delicious. It’s also pretty easy to halve if you just want to make some for yourself instead of a larger crowd. Serve with some tortilla chips and you’ve got an appetizer or snack ready to go!
Ingredients:

2 cans whole corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 green onion bunches, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste, pepper optional
Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
Enjoy!

Refrigerating it for 2 hours makes a huge difference. Jordan absolutely loves this dip.
Hey, that's my mom's recipe!
And it was a hit at the potluck! Be sure to tell her thanks for me. 🙂
Yeah, it really does. I was worried I did something wrong until I checked on it the next morning and it was the right consistency.
It's so yummy! I've used it at Relief Society activities. Easy and delicious!
