I love this variation of beef stroganoff, made with tender strips of sirloin steak and accompanied by a delectable combination of common household ingredients.  Serve over rice or egg noodles with a side salad and dinner’s ready!

Ingredients:

About 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoon flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup sour cream
Egg noodles or rice

Prepare egg noodles or rice according to package directions.  Brown beef and add onion.  Saute for five minutes.

Stir in flour, salt, paprika and ground black pepper.

Add the soup, reduce heat to medium and let simmer 15 minutes.  Add sour cream and stir well.  Serve hot over noodles or rice.
