If you’re in the mood for some rich, fudgey brownies, this is the recipe for you!
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons flour (or half of 1/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate/butterscotch/peanut butter/white chocolate/etc chips (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. In a saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and blend in cocoa.
Blend in the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients.
Add nuts and/or chips if desired.

Pour into a greased 8×8 or 9×9 pan. Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
Enjoy plain, with some ice cream or marshmallow fluff!
