A few months ago, my visiting teachers (women in the LDS church are asked to check in on one another to make sure each woman’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs are being met) stopped by to drop off an adorable little jar of “General Conference Preserves”–a mason jar filled with beautifully printed quotes from the previous General Conference.
