I realize I am a tad early with my goals for the new year but what can I say?  I love lists.  Some of them are repeats from last year, some will certainly be accomplished in 2013 but some will take a lifetime to achieve, if ever.  This list is also sure to be modified as certain goals are met such as buying a new acreage.  Last year was pretty successful so feel free to peruse our 2013 goals and make comments or suggestions if you like!

***And may I also emphasize that this is only a partial list.  I have plenty of other goals for things like working on my character flaws, spending copious amounts of time with friends and family, etc. but those are written in my personal journal.  The ones I share here are public and measurable and since I share them, I can be more accountable to others for completing them.  Enjoy!***

  1. I think you are very ambitious! 🙂
I hope you also take some time to just Be. President Uchtdorf reminds us we are human beings, not human Doings.
Some days go better when we don't schedule them! It's amazing…
Filling our days with too much busy means sometimes we are too busy to hear the spirit. and tend to simple things of the moment. I see you deleted my other comments, and that is ok. it is your blog. I just can't stop thinking about your mega list and how stressful it is! I wish you well though. You are lovely and a beautiful mother in zion! God bless.

  2. Thank you for the compliment and the concern. I am well aware I am ambitious and have to bridle it in once in a while but I feel most of the time that God has blessed me with so many talents that I don't want to waste them. Plus, it's amazing how much I can accomplish when I include my girls in whatever I'm doing or do it while they sleep. There's still lots of quiet together time too because we don't watch much television either. 🙂 I hope you enjoy reading more of the adventures we have and what we get done little by little.
