Why not get another serving of whole wheat in a cookie?
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup peanut butter chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cups milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F. Cream together the butter and sugars. Blend in the eggs and vanilla until just smooth. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and soda and add to creamed mixture. Fold in baking chips. Drop by the spoonful on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are slightly golden. Cool a few minutes on the pan and transfer to a wire rack.
