As the year winds to a closer, I reviewed my goals to see what I had and hadn’t accomplished. Some weren’t surprising–no one asked me to be a movie extra on horseback–but I am pleased with what I did cross off. I decided I also had time to build myself a piece of furniture so I got the wood and a couple afternoons while the girls snoozed, I assembled it. I ran out of time and sandpaper so it’s only assembled and not stained or varnished. Still, I’m giving myself credit and will be considering that goal met.
Last goal for the year will be a 10k on New Year’s Eve!
(Unless I get a call before midnight to ride a horse as an extra in an upcoming movie…)
